The Government of Bangladesh has recognised English as the country's second language. Policy is firmly focused on developing all four skills — Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing — from the earliest stage. Our Foundation Level programme lays this groundwork so every child can communicate with confidence and uniformity from day one.
